Sosúa

Sosúa is a small town with a heart that beats to a cosmopolitan rythm. There are people from all around the world that have made their homes here. You will meet many of them if you frequent some of our favorite spots. When you get thirsty after the beach, drop in to Lucky Bar and don’t forget to say Hi! to Ted from us.

Breakfast does not get any better than at Rocky’s. Have dinner on the terrace at La Roca for Great food and people watching. But truly, if you choose to have dinner at Rocky’s, breakfast at La Roca and lunch at Britannia, you won’t be disappointed either! It is also a great starting point to start discovering the Dominican Republic.

The airport is 15 minutes away, Cabarete and its world class wind surfing and kite boarding is just 10 minutes further down the pike. Santo Domingo, the western hemisphere’s oldest European city, is just 3 hours south and a couple of hours puts you in Samana for the whale watching. Just about everywhere is great swimming, snorkeling and SCUBA. The island is lush and the climate is mild year round.
