Ashiana is a spacious 5 bedroom 4.5 bath villa in Marigot Bay with gorgeous panoramic views, excellent for families, groups or entertaining.

The villa is located on a hill overlooking the historic, scenic Marigot Bay, a long established yacht haven. The 2 storey, 5 bedroom villa is beautifully appointed with lots of lounge and entertainment space indoors and out, and niches for relaxation and repose or dining and being social.

The upper floor houses the air-conditioned bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms, and walk out patios; two bedrooms share a bath.

The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped, modern kitchen which is a cook’s dream. The kitchen opens out into a dining and living room and beyond that to a comfy lounge/ entertainment area. The ground floor enjoys access to a large verandah with further dining and lounge options, and that extends to the pool deck which features a gorgeous infinity pool with Marigot Bay views. The deck is perfect for evening cocktails and a vantage from which to watch the brilliant Marigot sunsets.

Villa Ashiana is minutes away from Marigot Bay village and marina which houses several restaurants, a bakery, shops and bank.

4 of these bedrooms are en-suite.  The 5^th bedroom can make use of the downstairs bathroom which has a shower and toilet.  All bedrooms have A/C.

• Can sleep 11 guests.  (a 12^th person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed at no additional charge)
