of the Caribbean with the islands of Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Kitts in the distance and picturesque Pelican Key just below.

This beautifully appointed home with over 10,000 sq. ft of living space, includes 7 bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms, a large living

room, a dining room, and a state of the art gourmet kitchen. The villa also features a media room, a fitness room, and adjoining

spa, and a roof-top terrace with summer kitchen. The seven-bedroom suites each have ensuite luxury bathrooms, six have

king-size beds and the seventh has 2 full-size beds.

The villa is eco-conscious, powered entirely from solar energy by day and Tesla technology in the evenings.

All appliances have been chosen with this energy-saving philosophy in mind. Bella Vita is powered by an AI home

system that makes Villa Bella Vita unique in St. Maarten.

The villa is conveniently located close to restaurants and nightlife and provides a dedicated onsite concierge to take

advantage of the many activities that the island has to offer.

From one of the guests : This place is about as high-end as you are going to get.
I’d find it suitable for dignitaries or anyone requiring a secure, luxury stay. The automatic gate opens to a large courtyard
with ample parking. There is a small outpost at the gate that could be used for security . We drove in and parked under the
covered veranda and unloaded our luggage then pulled further into the small garage. Very pretty and well secured with high
walls, all nicely landscaped and stylishly well lit. The front door was huge and heavy-looking, but so well balanced, you could
open it up with a finger. I knew then I was in a place that had attention to the smallest details in design and comfort.
The door opened up to the huge, open-concept living room that would be suitable for large gatherings. The decor was fresh
and modern. The air conditioning was more than adequate. The lighting was fancy with a huge display along one wall that was
backlit to give it all a comfortable, cool, ambiance. To the right, there was a media room with huge wrap-around couches and a
screen that took up half a wall. I’d say it could seat 20 people comfortably. The door was heavy and likely designed to keep any
noise confined to the room. Children could play with there electronics or watch movies in there whenever they wanted. Looking
further in led to the most incredible view, and maybe the most incredible setting on the island. You will see it in the photos,
with infinity pool and 180-degree view. You can catch the sunsets from this vantage point all the way to the horizon.
Breathtaking and a real statement about how luxurious this place is. Connected to the big room, the main kitchen is a designer
and chef’s dream. Too many details to list here, but it is suitable and set’s the stage for any dining experience one would want.
We had a few chefs come in during our stay, I think the chefs were some of the most well-known on the island.
At any rate, food and wine pairings were too many courses to count. I highly recommend you look into one of these chefs.
I think I can say that ALL the rooms are spread out and very private (automatic curtains that close with a touch of a button)!
I think they all have the views and most open up to the ocean breeze with fully opening wall of windows. Nobody will feel
like they got the worst room. They are all outfitted with AC units and really big enough to stay in all day if you wanted.
There was a sauna and exercise room. I believe they have their own water system and electrical system, allowing off-grid
operation if needed. Staff were present, helpful and very much appreciated. Our stay was most important to them and we were
made to feel like their guests. Very polite. Very helpful. They arranged so much for us we did not have to call anyone.
In particular I would recommend you ask the house manager for massage or beauty services. She is one of the best you will find.
(she was able to take care of special needs that might be hard to find on the island, for example caviar service for 20 people and
of course the Stolichnaya shots to warm every one up!). Short 10-15 min walk or 4 minute drive to the beach and casinos/restaurants.
