Situated in the lush green hills of St. Maarten in the exclusive area of Oyster Pond Estates is Villa Glacier Moreno truly a gem of a villa.

The moment you enter the Villa, you will be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic sea view overlooking both Anguilla and St Barts and the cost line of St Martin with its beautiful beaches.

The Villa is located in a neighborhood that offers 24 hour gated security for optimum privacy and safety. Prepare to be de-stressed and soak in the continuous influence of the sunlight and the sea in all living spaces. The large Villa has a living area and has several large terraces that offers both sun and shadow all day long. The house is situated in a way that you always have a tropical breeze coming thru cooling the house and terraces.

Everybody’s lives back home can get hectic with work, school, hobbies, exercise and other activities. Therefore, the interior is designed in a minimal but comfortable way to create a calming effect.

The villa features a spacious open living room with integrated state of the art kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and sleek modern cabinetry and an open fireplace. It leads out to a magnificent outdoor terrace with a private rooftop pool and a covered outdoor dining with seating for 10.

The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is equipped with both big bathtub, toilet and bidé, shower and a private outdoor shower. A smaller bedroom with a bunkbed is attached to the master bedroom for families with children where the parents want the children close but still being able to close a door in between. Both rooms have air conditioning.

Downstairs there is another covered outdoor terrace and two suites with sea view. Both suites feature separate entry, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms with showers. One suite offers a king bed and the other suite contains one king bed and one sofa that folds out to a double bed. This makes this villa ideal for couples travelling together or large family groups that need their space and privacy!

Kitchen:
The kitchen with a dining table that seats 8 and there are 4 bar stools is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.

Dawn Beach – Beach View property Villa Glacier Moreno is situated in Upper Prince’s Quarter, Sint Maarten, S:t Martin (dutch side), looking down at Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach which is one of the best beaches for snorkeling.

All above mentioned rates are per night.
Reservation for 7 nights or more includes a welcome basket and one time maid service per week.
A 9% Government Tax will be added to all rates.
Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
Minimum Booking is 5 nights and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year’s
High season rate to be applied for Thanksgiving week (November 24-31, 2019)
