Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. They are quoted in US Dollars, per week and subject to a 10% tax and service. They are subject to change without notice. Each reservation is subject to a refundable Damage Deposit.

Maximum guests:
Maximum guests for cocktail event: 200 guests
Maximum guests for a seated dinner event: 100 guests
Rental rates:
The villa can be rented for a 24 hour period. Rates are as follows.
High Season Event Fee: $15,000
Low Season Event Fee: $15,000
Refundable security deposit: $10,000
*When the function takes place during the guest’s weekly vacation rental the event rate will be reduced to $9,000.00.
Terms and conditions:
All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to an 10% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa for a 24 hour period for the function set up, the event itself and the clean up afterwards. They also include the services of the villa staff and all utilities (electricity, water, gas).
Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. It is the responsibility of the guests and their event planner to arrange to have furniture removed, stored and returned to enable the event to take place at the villa.
Our concierge service will be delighted to assist with planning, logistics as well as catering and wedding planner referrals.
