The Villa offers a specious pool deck with infinity pool, lounge chairs, teak furniture and access to and from the 2 bedrooms on the lower level.
There is a spacious 2 car garage and more parking space around the Villa.
The villa is located in Dawn Beach can accommodate up to 14 guests, the main house has 3 Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an extra bonus bedroom. The apartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom – King-size poster bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with ‘Her’ vanity, ‘His’ vanity, shower, soaking tub. Master bedroom is on the main floor with access to deck with its spectacular views.
Bonus/bedroom – Next to Master bedroom on main floor with full size bed, air conditioning, desk and office chair.
Bedroom #3 – King bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to pool deck.
Bedroom #4 – Queen bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to pool deck.
APARTMENT
With its own entrance gate, small living area, ocean view, with TV and fully equipped kitchen, extra parking space and access to pool deck.
Bedroom #5 – King bed and air conditioning.
Bedroom #6 – Full size bed, two twin bed and air conditioning.
Bathroom – Shared/Double sink, shower, combined washer/dryer.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen. Equipment includes stove, oven, fridge, ice machine, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker, crock pot, electric griddle, waffle maker.
