With 4/5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms,ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 14 guests in spacious comfort. The villa has a bright and spacious family room to relax in, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by leather sofa and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with 32-inch Plasma cable TV, DVD player, plus Bose stereo system. If you would like quiet time, choose to lounge around in our separate sitting room area at the front of the villa, where you can enjoy a little peace and quiet. If that’s not enough fun and relaxation in your bar or lounge on the deck, with a cool drink.

Ground Floor:
Entertainment room with, seating, TV, DVD player, Xbox, Dart Board and many other family games. There is a powder room on the ground floor.

First Floor:
Two living Rooms area, one which is used a a fifth bedroom if needed. Very large Dining room with seating for 14 guests.

Library/office:
limited selection of books, Desk, over 100 DVD movie perfect for adults and children. Powder Room on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen where staff prepare meals.

With seating, Rear covered patio/Verandah overlooking the pool and also have view of the Ocean. Perfect for breakfast, Lunch or dinner.

Seating for 4, Guests can enjoy a cold drink, morning coffee, enjoy the view or watch there children play in the pool below.

Bedrooms – Second Floor:
Access to the second floor via two way gracefully Mahogany staircase, the hall way is elegantly decorated with chandelier, pictures and potted plants.

Four large, spacious, elegantly decorated and designed bedrooms, each with own bathrooms, three are en-suite, the 4th is shared with the 5th bedroom if needed.

Each bedrooms has AC, Ceiling fans, private balcony. The Master Bedroom has Double Jacuzzi and Head Top electronic shower.
