The villa has its own private automatic gated entrance and surrounded by lush tropical gardens and lawns and has a 150 ft. semi-enclosed sea pool. The villa is only 10 minutes from the lively town of Ocho Rios and its renowned attractions, Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphin Cove.

As you enter through the front door your eyes are immediately drawn straight through the house to the views of the sea. You enter into the spacious living room with kitchen off to the right and facing a covered outdoor patio for dining and lounging with ocean views. The outdoor patio leads through the beautiful garden to the pool area which overlooks the sea and sea pool. There is comfortable seating and a separate dining area by the pool, creating a relaxing atmosphere for outdoor activities. The expansive pool area, with its fresh-water pool and separate hot tub, cabana with Weber barbecue, and jetty with gazebo (to watch the sunset), all overlook the spectacular sea pool and turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

-First floor of the house  has three full size bedrooms, two with balcony views to the pool and sea.

-Second floor has three full size bedrooms, two with balcony views to the pool and sea. In the upstairs annex, another two bedrooms are connected to the main house by a covered passageway. These bedrooms have a connecting door as well as separate entrances, and have full access to the large upstairs balcony of the main house, with pool and sea views. Poolside en suite bathroom, full views to the ocean & sea pool, lounge area with couches, dining tables, BBQ, gym equipment, jacuzzi, cabana with hanging lounge for sunset views.
