Villa Victoria is a wonderful new Caribbean style villa located in the gated Oyster Pond Hillside. The villa is perched on a hilltop with stunning views of the ocean, surrounding hillsides and Orient Bay.  The villa’s two-level space, rooms, patios, veranda, outside decks and private pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by lush foliage.

The main level offers spacious living and dining areas which is exquisitely furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany.  Adjoining the living area is a cozy family area with air conditioning, smart TV, sofa bed, desk area offering convenience to use the wireless or DSL internet connection.  The immaculate kitchen offers granite counter tops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances.  The main level of the villa also offers a full bathroom with shower facilities.

Large glass doors open onto an outdoor veranda area on the main level where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds.  This level offers an outdoor covered gallery with ceiling fans, comfortable sitting areas plus outdoor dining area for up to 10 persons. From the main level veranda area, you can go down to the lower level to access the large private swimming pool area.

The lower level of the villa offers three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.  The master bedroom offers a king bed, television, internet access, mini fridge, safe and direct access to the pool area. The second & third bedrooms offer a king bed, internet access, mini-fridge, safe and direct access to the pool area. You also have air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom for maximum comfort.

In addition, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board located on the lower level.

The villa has a large private infinity pool and is a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views.  The gazebo area by the pool offers a large bar area with a fridge, sink and gas BBQ grill.  Comfortable lounge chairs allow guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool.  In addition, there is an outdoor ½ bathroom for use while by the pool.

The villa is located in Oyster Pond, conveniently located to the ferry service from Oyster Pond to St.Barths  just a short drive to Dawn Beach & The Westin Resort & Casino; 15 minutes from Orient Bay, the center for water sports on the island; 10 minutes from Philipsburg the center for the best shopping on the island and 20 minutes from Grand Case where you will find the best “French Restaurants on the island.”

Master Bedroom 1—The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen television, internet access from desk and bedsides, safe, refrigerator and spacious closets for generous storage.  The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, double bowl sinks, modern cabinets and hairdryer. The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool area where you can enjoy the spectacular views from this villa.

Master Bedroom 2—The second Bedroom offers a king-size four poster bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, internet access from desk and bedsides, safe, refrigerator and spacious closets for generous storage.  The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, single bowl sink, modern cabinets and hairdryer. The 2nd bedroom opens directly onto the pool area where you can enjoy the spectacular views from this villa.

Bedroom 3—The third Bedroom offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, internet access from desk and bedsides, safe, refrigerator and spacious closets for generous storage.  The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, single bowl sink, modern cabinets and hairdryer. The 3rd bedroom opens directly onto the pool area where you can enjoy the spectacular views from this villa.

KITCHEN

The impeccable kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel Bosch appliances, double door refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full supply of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.

POOL

The villa has a large private infinity pool and is a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views, including a comfortable seating area.  The gazebo area by the pool offers a large bar area with a fridge and gas BBQ grill.  Comfortable lounge chairs allow guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool.  In addition, there is an outdoor ½ bathroom for use while by the pool.

The main level offer spacious living and dining areas which is exquisitely furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany.  The indoor dining area offers seating for 10 persons.  Adjoining the living area is a cozy family area with air conditioning, flat screen television, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, sofa bed, desk area offering convenience to use the wireless or DSL internet connection.

All above mentioned rates are per night. Reservations of 5 nights or more include airport meet & greet and welcome basket.
Maid service 6 times per week (except Sundays & Public Holidays). Heated pool available upon request – US$ 300 p/week additional.
The pool can be heated up to 29 degrees Celsius = 84 Fahrenheit.
A 9% Government Tax will be added to all rates.
Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year’s.
