There are a total of 12 units in two buildings set in 1¼ Acres (5,000 m²) of tropical landscaping.

The condominiums are 2,200 ft² (232 m²) in size and feature 9 foot ceilings. They are constructed of the highest quality materials, porcelain tiles for the flooring, and stainless steel faucets. All furniture was tastefully designed and made to accent this beautiful condominium.

The penthouse, unit 531, features 15 foot high cathedral ceilings and a lovely view from the third floor veranda. The 150 ft² porches are a generously sized and have Miami style sofa-bed loungers perfect for the afternoon siesta or for sipping drinks while looking as the stars. Each unit is individually furnished in a subdued tropical motif designed to enhance the general feeling of well being one has with an Ocean Dream Cabarete vacation.

Our condo units at Kite Drive 105 offer 3 air conditioned Bedrooms. The King Size bed in the master bedroom, Queen Size bed in Bedroom 2 and 2 Full Size beds in bedroom 3 comfortably sleep up to 6 persons. The units have 3 luxury bathrooms. The luxury master bathroom has double sinks and a huge glass enclosured shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, mixer, microwave and dish washer. • Minimum stay:
  Minimum rental is 5 nights for High Season, Easter and Christmas. Minimum rental is 3 nights during Low Season. (7 nights to obtain preferred rate).
• Cleaning:
  Twice weekly condo cleaning services are included at no charge for short-term rentals of 6 nights or more. A departure cleaning fee of 75 USD per reservation will be added to your bill.
• Ocean Dream / Harmony Basic Rules:
  No pets are allowed. Visitors of our guests need to carry security badges to keep our resort perfectly secured. Ocean Dream and Harmony are private residences, not a hotel. Most condos are occupied by their owners or long term renters. It is a quiet, enjoyable and very secure place to live. Please help us to maintain this peaceful environment by respecting the conviviality rules.
