Located directly on Negril’s seven mile beach. Bordered by Negril Treehouse Hotel (north) and Crystal Waters Villas (south). Margaritaville is located three doors away. Negril Beach is a 1.5 hour drive from Sangster’s International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay.

Property Size
One and a half acres fronting Negril Beach; one acre across the street from Beach. All Guestrooms and Guest Facilities are located on the Beach side.

Accommodation
Thirty-five (35) Guestrooms. Ten (10) Superior, twenty-one (21) Premium, four (4) Suites with Kitchenette. Accommodations are quaint beach cottages set amongst a tropical garden with stone pathways lead directly to Negril Beach. Each room has its own private patio. Beds are King or Two Twins. Superior Rooms are either ground floor or further away from the Beach. Premium Rooms are those closer to the beach or upstairs with better views. Suites have bedroom with separate living room with sleeper sofa and dining area, two full bathrooms, kitchenette with microwave.

Room Amenities
All rooms carry sleeper sofa or twin daybed in seating area. All rooms are individually air conditioned and with ceiling fan. All have television with cable TV, ipod/CD/clock radio, telephone, hairdryer, mini-refrigerator, tea kettle, coffee maker, iron and board, in-room safe.

Dining
“Country Peppa” beachside restaurant opens daily and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast menu consists of traditional favourites as well as a Jamaican breakfast specials. Our lunch menu features salads, sandwiches and wraps. Dinner menus change nightly with two theme/beach nights per week. The popular “Natty’s Bar” serve drinks and bar food throughout the day and into the evening. Recreation The Property is located directly on Negril’s Seven-Mile Beach and in close proximity to all the activities and watersports that center around this central feature of the area. A fresh water swimming pool is a popular feature among our youngest guests. The Property is located within walking distance of several bars and restaurants including the “hub” of the beach strip: Margaritaville. Taxi service is available to the West End—a favourite destination for cliff jumping and sunset watching.
