Eight Rivers villa is an exquisite 5000 ft², four-bedroom villa with plush living space and water access .
There is the choice of an indoor or an outdoor dining room, a large terrace and a sunken living room, equipped with cable TV, telephone and CD stereo system.
There is WiFi though out all the Prospect Plantation Villas.
Prospect Plantation is a working Jamaican agricultural property where you can see bananas, cassava, sugarcane, coffee, allspice and many other crops. As your tractor drawn Jitney travels through Prospect your guide will delight you with stories of the colorful history of the estate. It combines the opportunity to enjoy an educational, relaxing and enjoyable trip to one of Jamaica’s oldest plantation.
Each of the deluxe air-conditioned bedrooms has a private verandah, bathroom and dressing room. At night, the housekeeper turns down your bed, closes the shutters and sets out a jug of cool, fresh water on the night stand. You are guaranteed a peaceful night’s sleep.
The central verandah leads out to a large swimming pool and a few more steps take you out to a gazebo, that is perfect for evening drinks, and a sun deck set in the rocks with easy access to the clear blue waters of the Caribbean.

Minimum stay of 5 nights for all periods ( except Christmas – New Year ) and a minimum of 10 nights is required for bookings during the Christmas period.
Prices quoted include the services of a full staff with a chef, housekeepers, groundskeeper , private security and local room tax of US$1/room / night.
Food and drink are not included in the room rates. Please contact us for special packages or promotions.
There are no discounts offered on venue rates. Security deposits will be claimed if damage is done to the property while being rented
Maximum guest capacity must be adhered to.
In order to qualify to rent a villa venue we require guests to stay a minimum period of 5 nights (10 nights for Christmas period)
