This villa has four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and walk-out veranda which opens up to a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The modern furnishings make it extremely comfortable. Outside the spacious living room is a central veranda adjoining the sun terrace which surrounds the swimming pool and extends towards the sea. The beautiful lawn and poolside accommodates up to eighty guests for an outdoor function and offers steps which take you directly to the water’s edge.

All four bedrooms have quiet remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen HD televisions, ensuite bathrooms, large closets, robes, slippers, hairdryers & personal safes.

Outside the spacious living room is a central verandah adjoining the sun terrace which surrounds the swimming pool and extends towards the sea. Steps lead from the terrace directly to the ocean.
