From the porch entrance you are received into a large vaulted lounge with natural timber finished ceiling, the marble flooring adding to the coolness. An open marble and hardwood staircase sweeps up to a suspended gallery extending round three sides of the room. The lounge opens through twin hardwood doors onto the large covered patio, the pool and waterfall. A large separate dining room adjoins the lounge with doors onto the patio and pool. Both dining area and lounge have access direct to the large fully fitted custom kitchen.

From the kitchen area a door leads into an extensive two car garage with a separate maid’s quarters and home service area. Adjacent to the lounge are two air conditioned bedrooms each with large walk-in closets and furnished bathrooms. The rear facing bedroom has direct access to the patio and pool. Either of these rooms would be ideal as an office or work room. On the upper floor the suspended balcony hosts an open games/ recreation area complete with discreet bar and flat screen TV. The large master bedroom with doors onto a balcony overlooking the pool and garden has walk in cupboards, dressing area, furnished bathroom and a jacuzzi. Two further en-suite double bedrooms, one with doors to the balcony and each with full walk-in hardwood closets complete the upper floor habitation,.

The garden area surrounds the principle pool which is fed from an elevated outdoor Jacuzzi which spills over an attractive waterfall and reflection pool that flows into the main pool. The mature garden is surrounded by an attractive wall, tropical plants and trees. The underground housing for the pool equipment also hides a cool wine cellar.
