Siesta villa, waterfront

Siesta is a spacious 5+bedroom beach front retreat in Runaway Bay on Jamaica’s idyllic North Coast. This spacious villa has a large living room, dining room and a 60 foot porch gallery all looking out to the pool and the one mile crescent of Runaway Bay Beach. The exterior is focused on the new swimming pool, powdery white sand beach and lovely gardens. The villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper, gardener, laundress and night security guard.

Five air conditioned bedrooms with five private baths can accommodate up to 10 adults. Siesta’s enviable location is within 5 beach walking minutes of Breezes and Hedonism II hotels. The Breezes Championship Golf Course is one minute away by car. The villa comes with 2 ocean kayaks, floats and other beach toys.

Siesta can also be rented with the adjoining BAHIA – 1 Bedroom cottage plus a 5 bedroom villa, BAYWATCH  for a total of up to 11 bedrooms. These villas can also both be rented separately.

Bay Watch Villa: 3 to 5 bedrooms/ 3 to 5 baths (Bay Watch Annex has two bedrooms and loft)

Bahia Cottage: 1 bedroom/ 1 bath + Loft

• Bedroom #4 one king bed, full bath, beach views
• Bedroom #5 one king bed, full bath, beach views.

CHILDREN: 2 years old and younger stay free with adults (maximum 2 children).
OCCUPANCY: Facilities are for registered guests only. Visits by non registered guests must be pre-approved and paid for at the rate of $30/person/day.
DEPOSITS: $500 must be collected and will not be refunded in the event of loss, breakage, undue wear and tear and unpaid local bills.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in 3 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m.
SURCHARGE PUBLIC HOLIDAY LATE CHECKOUT – Additional 50% of the nightly rate would be charged for all-day stay to 6 p.m (if there is no new booking scheduled to begin on that day
