With 6 bedrooms, a large courtyard, a private state-of-the-art movie theatre and a gourmet kitchen complete with a wood-fired pizza oven this really is a one-of-a-kind villa and with a location that represents Caribbean living at its finest.

Stella by the Sea sits on the waterfront surrounded by four-and-a-half acres of gardens and covers about 18,000 square feet. It is built on what used to be one of the oldest properties on Country Club West Drive. It is a comfortable walking distance from the championship Tryall Golf Course, private beach, and about 3 minutes by golf cart to tennis, spa and other Club amenities.

The design is a melding of contemporary European style and Caribbean panache which integrates beautifully with the land and seascape to achieve the perfect ambience of tropical tranquility. The villa features two master suites and two guest bedrooms in the main house, all equipped with cable TV and DVD players. Two additional bedrooms are in the self-contained guest cottage which features its own living area, kitchen and patio dining area.

The guest bedrooms are private and impressively spacious, with exquisite en suite bathrooms and private outdoor patios. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. They are also cleverly designed to capture the delicate cross current of the Caribbean trade winds, so you are kept cool while you relax to the sound of the gently lapping waves and seagulls at play.

One of this villa’s outstanding features is the choice of ‘perfect spots’ for private or group entertainment. Guests can play catch-up over drinks at the bar or admire the sunset from the stone table vantage point directly on the sea. The dining room in the main house comfortably sits 14 guests and opens on 3 sides to welcome in the breeze. An additional covered dining patio seats 12 and there is a gazebo, on the lawns overlooking the water, perfect for breakfast or late afternoon tea. A spacious courtyard with a lily pond is a relaxing retreat to finish a good book, or beat your partner at a game of chess. There are two swimming pools, one salt water and the other chlorine-free fresh water as well as an outdoor Jacuzzi. Sonos are fitted throughout the villa.

Guests at Stella By The Sea are looked after by an expert staff of eight.
