Perla Marina is a secure gated community located half way between the towns of Cabarete and Sosua. This three bedroom, 2 ½ bath villa is in a great location within Perla Marina, on a quiet cul-de-sac and less than a 5 minute walk to a private beach. The main beaches of Cabarete and Sosúa are just a 7 minute drive in either direction. The villa has it’s own private pool, AC downstairs in the living area and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. 3 TV’s with cable and high speed internet are also included with the rental. This villa will comfortably sleep 6 people. If you have a larger group, the villa maya is located right across the street is also available for rental.
