Luxury oceanfront villa with outdoor pool, lush gardens, BBQ equipment, billiard, and small cinema in Playa Chiquita. 

Villa Marisol is a large, colonial style vacation villa in Playa Chiquita, Sosua. It accommodates up to 18 people comfortably in 11 beds.

First floor we have three guest bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. In the renovated sub-basement of the villa there is a billiard, home cinema, TV and comfortable seating area, there are two bedrooms with queen size beds.

Second floor we have two master bedrooms each with their own bathroom and balcony with a view to the pool and ocean. On the same floor , there is an office with a computer and internet and a double bed.

The outdoors of the villa offers a large pool and a BBQ area with a big lush garden.

Marisol is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The Villa is just a two minute walk from the Santa Fe Water Park,  Restaurant and Entertainment zone.  It is one of the most exhilarating place to visit in the whole North Coast!

The price includes professional 24 hours management, security and daily maid service

• Minimum 2 nights stay

• Requires “Security Deposit” which will be returned at the check out in cash when the keys are handed back to us and we verify no damage has been done to the property
