Villa Viento OFFERS 7 BEDROOM accommodation and great for groups and families on a budget .

Main House has 2 air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that can be configured with king or twin beds. The Main House also consists of a comfortable living room opening onto a large (30×12, 16×14 L shape) outdoor covered verandah with Jamaican wicker seating, lounge chairs and dining for up to 16 people. The verandah leads to the large fresh water pool and spacious sea side bar seating up to 20 people. From the bar you can watch the sun go down over the sea and coastal mountains.

Located east of Prospect Plantation in Ocho Rios, is a beautiful, ocean front, 7+1 bedroom, 7 bath villa nestled in a large, 2 acre, lush tropical garden overlooking the sea. This villa is composed of a Main House with two bedrooms, the Island suites with three bedrooms, and the Seaview suites with two bedrooms.  Viento is ideal for large groups and the spacious grounds can accommodate up to 150 people for weddings or special events (use fees may apply).

Main House consists of a comfortable living room opening onto a large, covered verandah with Jamaican wicker seating, lounge chairs and dining for up to 14 people. The verandah leads to the large fresh water pool and spacious sea side bar seating up to 20 people. From the bar you can watch the sun go down over the sea and coastal mountains.

The Island suites were recently completed and are separate from the main house. They composed of three separate bedroom suites, with seating areas, TV’s, air conditioning, phone and small refrigerators. These suites all have full size baths, large closets and twin or king beds. Dining would be at the main house.

The Seaview Suites are also separate from the main house and Island suites and have expansive views out over the green lawn to the sea. There are two large suites sharing a front porch. Each suite has twin or king beds, seating area, TV, large full bath with shower, air conditioning, phone and small refrigerators.

Bedrooms : 6 king size beds, 4 double beds and 2 twins = accommodation for 18 people . More people can be allowed for extra charge

The villa can be rented as a two bedroom to seven . Outdoors the villa is surrounded by two acres of lawns and gardens, large enough to accommodate up to 150 guests. There is a romantic gazebo located at waters edge that has been used for wedding ceremonies and lazy afternoon naps. The property is perfect for wedding, family reunion or just a great friends get together on a budget.

Directly next to the gazebo are steps that lead into the sea. There is no beach, but swimming is possible on calm days. The famous Reggae Beach is located just a quarter mile away.

The villa also offers a restaurant with a 20% discount to the clients staying at the villa.

The villa offers breakfast included in the rate . You also receive a 25% discount on your meals at the restaurant next door, that is a part of the villa.

No cook services offered, only maids, laundress and gardener all included in the rate .
