Bahia Cottage sits on a beautifully landscaped property right on the gorgeous beach at Runaway Bay on the North Coast of Jamaica.

With mature trees towering overhead, this cozy vacation rental features an open-plan air-conditioned space with 2 sleeping areas, a loft and on the main floor under the loft.

The turquoise Caribbean Sea is only a few steps from the front door, across a sunny patio with lounge chairs. The discreet staff will give you as much privacy and attention as you require, available to prepare and serve all your meals.

Bahia can also be rented with the adjoining 5 bedroom Siesta a 1 bedroom cottage plus a 5 bedroom villa, Bay Watch for a total of up to 11 bedrooms. These villas can also both be rented separately.

Your Cook/Housekeeper works every day from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. She cleans every day and prepares and serves all meals at your convenience during this period. A Caretaker lives on property in separate quarters, out of sight, with pet dogs (loved by guests). If you do not want the cook to prepare your meals in the Cottage, she will do so at another nearby kitchen and bring the prepared food to you.

Bahia sits on a large property with Siesta Villa to the West and Baywatch Villa to the East. The three houses are a good distance apart and separated by trees and hedges. They may be booked separately to guests or in any combination. We have Special Rates for booking a combination of Siesta and Bahia and/or Baywatch Villa – ask us.
Bahia is hidden from the street by a very high fence blocking the public and traffic noise.
The shutters on the sea side of the cottage open up completely for panoramic views and cooling sea breeze.
Queen size bed under the loft and a double bed in the loft (8 feet by 10 feet), accessible from the living room by a timber ladder.
Living room equipped with ceiling fan, cable television and music system. Free WIFI.
Sunny Patio beside the sea. Indoor dining and outdoor dining on the seaside.
Hammocks, inside and outdoors. – Sea kayak available. Bathroom with shower. Outside shower on West side of the cottage.
Well-equipped efficient kitchen with all essentials. Barbecue grill.

A single rate applies for both High & Low Seasons, with a surcharge on holidays periods

Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT) except where otherwise stated.
Rates include full villa staff (typically cook, housekeeper, gardener, laundress). Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply.

Holiday Weeks are Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s weeks. All Holiday bookings require one week and full house rate except where noted.

CHILDREN: 2 years old and younger stay free with adults (maximum 2 children).
OCCUPANCY: Facilities are for registered guests only. Visits by non registered guests must be pre-approved and paid for at the rate of $30/person/day.
DEPOSITS: $500 must be collected and will not be refunded in the event of loss, breakage, undue wear and tear and unpaid local bills.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in 3 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m.
SURCHARGE PUBLIC HOLIDAY LATE CHECKOUT – Additional 50% of the nightly rate would be charged for all-day stay to 6 p.m (if there is no new booking scheduled to begin on that day
